Senior Quantity Surveyor-Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor required Due to expansion of services and client workload.
An opportunity has arisen for an experiencedQuantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyorto join the friendly and dedicated Team and be based out of our clients head office in North Lanarkshire
Dayshift-Monday - Friday (flexibility with hybrid working)
Salary- Competitive rates paid (Depending on experience)
About The Individual
Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor (minimum 2 years post qualification experience)
Steel background desirable but not essential
Specialist sub-contracting experience desirable
NEC3/4 Contract understanding and use
Ability to review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
Contract / project management ability
Commercial acumen, pre and post contract
Change control management
Project cost value reconciliation, risk management
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders
Driving License for site visits
This position would suit an ambitious individual who is keen to get involved in all areas of the business, managing client expectations and working with our clients Management Team to explore new avenues of business.
