What's the role?
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of high-volume single site contracts, initially within the large power metering sector which could expand to other areas of the business over time.
You will be responsible for improving the contract retention rates alongside upselling of new services at contract renewal stage and ensuring compliance to contract
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team in a growing part of the business and offers opportunities for progression.
You will be working from our Glasgow Office on a 40 hour contract Monday to Friday. Please note: Interviews will be in person at our Glasgow Office, 3rd Floor, 48 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5TS.

Key responsibilities:
- Contacting customers at contract renewal stage and issuing contract renewals
- Upselling of new services at contract renewal stage
- Placing customers to default renewal rates if no renewal documentation is returned
- Ensuring contract compliance and monitoring exceptions
- Where de-appointed during contract term – contacting customer to be re-appointed
- Triggering contract termination charges as appropriate
- Dealing with customer contract queries
- Dealing with debt escalations
- Customer contracting and communications
- Dealing with difficult customers
- Organisation skills
- Dealing with customer disputes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work at pace accurately
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work closely with and build relationships with different departments
- Motivated self-starter with a flexible working attitude
