About The Role
We are looking for a Viewing Agent to join our Glasgow Newton Mearns Sales team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to enter the property industry.
This will be a part-time permanent position based at our Newton Mearns branch, where you will conduct property viewings within Newton Mearns.

Key Responsibilities
As a Viewing Agent, you’ll show potential buyers around properties and provide viewing feedback to the team. The majority of your time will be spent conducting viewings, and when you are not carrying out viewings, you will be based in the office, prospecting.
You’ll provide an exceptional customer experience to all prospective buyers by taking the time to ascertain their individual needs and ensure they are provided with detailed information about the property they are viewing. Where relevant, you’ll be expected to cross-sell other properties.
You will assist the team in maximising the conversion rate of viewings to offers and proactively generate leads for market appraisals and mortgage referrals.
In addition, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that detailed and accurate feedback is collected to inform the decision-making processes of the clients.

Key Requirements
- Must have a full driving licence and have access to a car
- Good knowledge of the local area and geography of the city
- Confident in building relationships and being in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and diligent to ensure a smooth viewing process
- Proficient in the use of IT Systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook (system training will be provided)
