What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team within the A&F division
- Partnering with senior finance stakeholders and clients
- Overseeing delivery of mid to senior-level finance roles
- Driving business growth and expanding client relationships
- Supporting consultants in building their desks
- Building strong candidate networks
- Acting as a trusted advisor on market trends
- Several years experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious and driven.
- Opportunity to lead within a core division.
