We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join the People team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent, and commercially aware ER support across the UK operation.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage complex casework, influence stakeholders, and help shape a fair, compliant, and high-performing working culture.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied caseload of complex ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and workplace investigations
- Providing clear, practical employment law and ER advice to managers and stakeholders
- Supporting organisational change activity including restructures and consultation processes
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to build capability and confidence in handling people issues
- Ensuring consistent application of company policies and UK employment law compliance
- Building strong relationships across the business to promote a proactive, solutions-led ER approach
- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and processes
- Using case insights to identify trends and help prevent recurring people issues
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations role within the UK
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience managing complex ER cases and workplace investigations
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience supporting organisational change or restructuring activity
- Irish employment law knowledge is beneficial but not essential
- A pragmatic, calm, and solutions-focused approach
