We are working with a highly respected financial services organisation seeking an experienced Desk Based Financial Adviser to join their specialist Defined Benefit Pension Transfer team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified adviser who enjoys delivering high-quality advice without the pressure of extensive business development.
Working from home, you will be provided with a consistent flow of qualified appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best - delivering expert pension transfer advice and achieving positive outcomes for clients.

• Home-based role with occasional travel to Glasgow
• Salary up to £60,000
• Significant bonus earning potential
• Two qualified client appointments provided daily
• Specialist Defined Benefit Transfer advice role
• Full paraplanning and administrative support

You will provide specialist advice to clients considering their Defined Benefit pension options, guiding them through what can often be one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Working closely with clients, you will:

• Conduct client meetings and fact-finding appointments
• Analyse pension transfer recommendations
• Deliver clear and compliant advice
• Build trusted client relationships
• Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory requirements
• Work closely with paraplanning and support teams to deliver an outstanding client experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser
• Experience advising on Defined Benefit pension transfers
• Appropriate FCA qualifications and permissions
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions and retirement planning
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A client-focused and ethical approach to financial advice
