We are supporting a leading organisation within the Renewables sector, this is a key role working closely with business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of consistent, reliable, and high-performing IT services.
- Inside of IR35
- £400 - £450 a day
- Hybrid working between remote and an office in Scotland (Glasgow, Perth, Edinburgh, Aberdeen or Inverness)
Key Responsibilities
- Service Management
- Reporting
- Vulnerability Management
- Service Resilience
- Disaster Recovery
- Stakeholder Management
- Continuous Improvement
- Incident & Escalation Management
Key experience required:
- Experience in a service delivery / IT support environment, ideally aligned to ITIL frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Exposure to project delivery and service transition, ideally within Agile environments
- Understanding of cyber security principles
- Experience in risk management
- Experience within the Energy or Utilities sector highly desirable
