Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue across corporate, school, group, party, and event bookings.
- Generate new business through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
- Manage and nurture leads using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups.
- Deliver presentations, site visits, and tailored proposals.
- Track sales pipelines and performance metrics.
Desired experience
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in leisure, hospitality, events, or a similar sector is advantageous.
