Are you an experienced Technical Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a growing and highly respected food manufacturing business?

We're looking for a confident technical leader to take ownership of site-wide food safety, quality and compliance standards, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest possible standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead and develop Food Safety & Quality Management Systems

Drive HACCP, TACCP and VACCP programmes

Manage internal, customer and third-party audits

Lead supplier approval, specifications, traceability and compliance activities

Coach and develop a talented technical team

Partner with Operations, Procurement, Sales and NPD to support business growth

What we're looking for:

Degree qualified in Food Science or a related discipline

Strong food manufacturing technical experience

HACCP, Food Safety and Quality Systems expertise

Lead Auditor qualification

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Passion for continuous improvement and raising standards
