As our Events & Growth Coordinator, you’ll sit at the centre of the PCN member experience.
You’ll help plan and deliver events, coordinate community activity, support new members, manage key member touchpoints, assist with content planning, and help drive retention across the network.
This role is not just admin. It’s about making sure members feel supported, engaged, and clear on the value they’re getting from PCN.
Your main focus will be member satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
You’ll be responsible for helping organise quarterly PCN events, supporting bi-weekly coaching calls, coordinating site visits, managing activity inside our Skool and WhatsApp communities, onboarding new members, and re-engaging members who may be less active.
You’ll also work closely with the media and marketing team to plan content, share member wins, repurpose event and coaching content, and keep the PCN brand active across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
On the growth side, you’ll help manage the PCN referral programme, support member campaigns, track engagement and retention metrics, coordinate with PCN partners, and bring fresh ideas that help improve the community.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, confident with people, comfortable with social media, and able to take ownership without needing constant hand-holding. You should care about creating a strong member experience and be excited by the opportunity to help grow a fast-moving property education community.
