Role overview
We’re hiring an MI & Reporting Lead to play a key role in delivering a world-class finance reporting platform. Sitting within the Finance Projects & MI team, you’ll support both BAU reporting and a system transformation, helping design, build, and embed scalable reporting processes across the business.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with Finance, IT, and Transformation teams to improve reporting, enable better decision-making, and support system implementation.

What you’ll do
- Lead the review and redesign of financial & KPI reporting
- Develop scalable reporting to support month-end, forecasting, and decision-making
- Play a key role in ERP system implementation, including testing, training, and design
- Drive data cleansing, migration, and reporting optimisation
- Support dual running of systems during transformation
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and global stakeholders to improve MI processes
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in financial / management reporting
- Strong experience with Power BI and finance systems
- Proven ability to build complex reports and analysis
- Exposure to ERP implementations or transformations (preferred)
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders
