Due to continued growth, we're recruiting for a Competitions Promotions & CRM Coordinator to join an established organisation operating within the digital engagement, promotions and customer communications space.

THE COMPETITIONS PROMOTIONS & CRM COORDINATOR ROLE
You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of competitions, prize draws and customer engagement campaigns across a variety of channels.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll assist with competition administration, winner management, customer communications, CRM activity, reporting and operational support. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of a wide range of responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the setup and administration of competitions and prize draws
- Coordinating promotional activity across digital and traditional channels
- Assisting with winner selection, verification and prize fulfilment
- Supporting CRM campaigns and customer communications
- Maintaining campaign records, reporting and documentation
- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting complaint resolution
- Assisting with payment reconciliation and competition reporting
- Working with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
COMPETITIONS PROMOTIONS & CRM COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 1–3 years' experience within administration, customer service, marketing coordination, CRM or promotions
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders
