Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the position holder will be responsible for managing procurement of IT goods and services and providing general procurement support duties such as managing IT budgets, preparing business cases, vendor management, and product sourcing.
In addition, the role has responsibility for the management of IT processes and procedures by ensuring that the IT Knowledge Base is periodically reviewed and documentation remains up to date.

- esWork with IT Service Delivery and Operations teams to ensure the Knowledge Base is maintained appropriatel
- y.Collaborate with the IT function on the procurement of goods and services, using ERP systems to ensure quotations, invoicing, purchase order creation, and goods receipt processes are tracked and auditabl
- e.Demonstrate a working knowledge of procurement principles and practices, contract administration, and various licensing model
- s.Manage interfaces between supplier management and related processes, including service level management and corporate procurement function
- s.Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders, providing high standards of customer service and suppor
- t.Ensure all IT supplier processes align with corporate governance requirements, processes, and standard terms and condition
- s.Maintain and review supplier and contract data within contract management system
- s.Ensure all IT contracts and suppliers comply with applicable data protection and information security requirement
