Be-Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Product Specialist opportunity with a Glasgow-based software company. Offering up to £35,000, this hybrid role would suit someone with experience supporting users of specialist software platforms and a good understanding of insolvency processes and procedures.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing product guidance, troubleshooting system issues, delivering user support, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service.

Applicants should have experience working with specialist case management software, strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills, and relevant insolvency knowledge gained within the sector.
