• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide financial insights to stakeholders to aid strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Profile

A successful Part Qualified Management Accountant should have:

• Be part-qualified in a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Sound understanding of management accounting principles within the property industry.
