We're recruiting for a Client Administrator to join a growing, forward-thinking financial planning business. Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the smooth processing of new business.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing new business applications from start to finish
• Liaising with providers and third parties
• Handling Letters of Authority and transfer requests
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Supporting advisers with pipeline management and client servicing
• Assisting with client meeting preparation and ongoing administration

What we're looking for:

• Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning
• Previous administration experience in a client-focused environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and back-office systems
