High Ticket Closer - Glasgow and Remote - #2139003

Prospect Leaders is building a community of ambitious sales professionals focused on developing the skills, experience, network and opportunities required to perform at the highest level in sales.

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a High Ticket Closer to join the team and convert qualified opportunities across our portfolio of high-value products and services.

This is a fully remote, work-from-anywhere opportunity, giving you the flexibility to build your sales career around performance and results rather than where you are based.

You will work directly alongside a proven sales and business leader with more than 15 years' experience across sales, recruitment and entrepreneurship, while becoming part of a growing community of ambitious salespeople, setters, closers and future sales leaders.

Through the wider group and commercial network, you will also gain exposure to T3AM Global, a growing recruitment business operating across multiple specialist industries and markets.

As a High Ticket Closer, your focus will be converting qualified prospects through structured discovery, consultation, objection handling and closing.

This is a remote, commission-based position with expected earnings of £30,000-£60,000 OTE, with your earning potential directly linked to your performance.

You will take responsibility for:

* Conducting high-quality remote sales and discovery calls with qualified prospects
* Understanding prospect motivations, objectives and challenges
* Presenting high-value solutions confidently and demonstrating clear commercial value
* Managing objections and guiding prospects through the decision-making process
* Following up opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
* Consistently working towards agreed conversion and revenue targets
* Sharing insights, learning and best practice within the wider Prospect Leaders sales community

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:

* Strong sales, communication and relationship-building ability
* Confidence leading sales conversations and asking for the business
* Excellent listening, questioning and objection-handling skills
* A highly motivated and performance-driven mindset
* The discipline and self-motivation required to perform effectively in a remote environment

Other DESIRABLE qualities/skills include:

* Previous high ticket closing experience
* Experience selling coaching, training, recruitment, SaaS or professional services
* Experience closing over telephone or video calls
* A proven track record against sales or revenue targets
* Previous setter, SDR or business development experience

* £30,000-£60,000 OTE
