Are you looking to kick start your career as a digital finance apprentice?

Intelligent Pensions are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a finance apprentice working across a range of different areas in the business. You will be;

  • Working to become a system expert on Inteliflow, using this to maintain client records and ensuring data is always accurate and update to date

  • Acting as a first point of contact and responding to / escalating client queries

  • Implementing investment transactions on various systems such as Nucleus

  • Wide use of Microsoft Office Package to complete various daily tasks

  • Preparing for annual review meetings – Dynamic Planner links, helping to create presentations and supporting documents

  • Distributing e-mails to various team members on Outlook

  • Ah-hoc client requests such as POA filing, expression of wish and change of addresses/contact details updating this information on Inteliflow

  • Liaising with various providers

What do I need to be successful?

  • Passion for improving professionalism and delighting clients

  • You enjoy a challenge and would like to progress into a role dealing directly with clients and advisers

  • You have a can-do attitude and like to go that extra mile for your team members

  • Good time keeping

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
