Salary & Package:

Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)
• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
• Full training and support provided

Experienced Recruitment Consultant
• 12 months’ + experience: £28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience
• OTE: £31,000 – £34,000

About the Role:
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face visits
• Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)
• Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
Office based role.

A full current driving licence is preferred but not essential, as this role is working with our busy driving team any experience of working in the transport or logistics sector would be advantageous.
