We are delighted to be working in partnership with a client, who
is a leading organisation within the energy sector.
As part of their ongoing business expansion they are recruiting
experienced Debt Resolution Officers. The successful candidates
will be Field Based and responsible for handling resolving
outstanding customer accounts, engaging directly with customers
and negotiating effective repayment solutions, whilst working
towards agreed performance targets.

Role & Responsibilities
* Make collection calls to delinquent payers
* Collect payments over the phone and in person, with a bias
towards in-person collection
* Document all activities in the appropriate system(s)
* Plan efficient travel routes to field calls
* Research the status of corporate entities.
* Perform research to determine proper ownership of the business
* Process payments, set up payment plans, follow up on accounts,
monitor agreements
* Gaining additional Customer Data. E.g. Meter Reads,
Vulnerabilities etc.
* Conduct Pre Disconnection Visits in line with specific
requirements
* Negotiate payment arrangements
* Execution of documentation to secure payment to the client.
* Execution of Warrants where applicable to secure payment /
access to deliver resolution.
* Achieve your agreed Key Performance Indicators
* Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
2 Stage Interview process with immediate start. All offers are
subject to satisfactory completion of DBS Check, Credit Check and
References.
