Property Manager / Lettings Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm | Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
About the Opportunity
An established and highly respected residential property business is looking to expand its successful lettings team and is seeking applications from both experienced Property Managers and Lettings Administrators.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works.
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
- Supporting tenancy renewals, move-ins and move-outs.
- Managing property compliance and safety certification records.
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Maintaining accurate records using property management systems.
- Assisting with rent administration and reporting.
- Supporting the effective management of a residential property portfolio.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team.
We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have:
Property Management Experience
- Experience managing residential properties or a lettings portfolio.
- Knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Strong problem-solving and workload management skills.
OR
Lettings Administration Experience
- Previous administrative experience within property, lettings, estate agency or a similar office-based environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience processing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Essential Skills
- Outstanding attention to detail.

- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable
- Previous experience within residential lettings.
- Knowledge of Scottish residential tenancy legislation and the Private Residential Tenancy (PRT) framework.
- Experience using property management software.
- ARLA Propertymark qualification or willingness to work towards professional accreditation.
- Full UK driving licence.
