As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing finance across a complex multi-entity group, providing strategic guidance, commercial insight and operational leadership to support the organisation's continued success and future growth.

This is a high-profile leadership role offering significant exposure to strategic decision-making, business transformation initiatives, and international operations.

The Role

  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and long-term financial planning.
  • Delivering meaningful commercial insight to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Ensuring robust financial controls, governance and compliance across international operations.
  • Supporting growth initiatives, investment opportunities and wider business change projects.
  • Leading and developing high-performing finance teams across the wider group.
  • Overseeing audit, taxation, treasury and statutory reporting activities.
  • Playing a key role in finance transformation and continuous improvement programmes, including systems and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with external stakeholders, advisors and financial partners.

About You

We're looking for an accomplished finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and a collaborative leadership style.

You will ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Proven experience operating at Finance Director, Group Financial Controller or Group Finance Director level.
  • Experience working within a multi-entity, international business environment.
  • Strong expertise across financial planning, reporting, forecasting and cash management.
  • A track record of partnering with executive stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Experience leading or supporting transformation, change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach when required.

What's on Offer?

  • A genuine executive leadership opportunity within a successful international organisation.
  • Significant influence over business strategy, performance and future growth.
  • Exposure to international operations and complex commercial challenges.
  • The opportunity to shape and develop the finance function during a period of growth and evolution.
  • A collaborative and ambitious leadership team.
  • Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
