This is a senior Supply Chain Manager role at a UK food manufacturer near Glasgow, where volumes are climbing fast and the supply chain function sits right at the centre of the story.

You’ll lead production planning, raw materials and packaging, a team of around 13 across three areas. You’ll be the bridge between the commercial team and the factory floor, balancing promotional demand against real capacity, and making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

You’ll bring FMCG supply chain experience, ideally in fresh or short-life product, and confidence managing retailer forecasts. You’ll also be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, because here your voice will carry weight.
