We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Radisson RED Glasgow.

Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie who enjoys running your own section, or a Commis Chef ready to take the next step, we’d love to hear from you! Previous experience in either a hotel or restaurant kitchen is welcome. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.

What will you be doing?

You’ll play an important role in delivering great food and memorable experiences for our guests. Depending on your experience and the needs of the team, you’ll either be based in our Sky Bar, preparing afternoon tea, small plates, sandwiches and toasties, or working more flexibly across Our Bar & Kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and great presentation.
  
  

• Taking responsibility for your own section and supporting the smooth running of the kitchen.
  
  

• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
  
  

• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
  
  

• Helping manage stock, control costs and minimise waste.
  
  

• Supporting the team to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive working environment.
  
  

• Bringing energy, creativity and a can-do attitude to everything you do.
  
  

Working hours

This is an afternoon-to-evening role, with shifts typically starting between 1:30pm and 2:00pm and finishing between 10:00pm and 10:30pm. Weekend working is included.

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in a busy kitchen, in a hotel or restaurant.
  
  

• Chef de Partie experience, ideally with a few years’ experience managing a section, or Commis Chef experience with the ambition to develop further.
  
  

• Good culinary skills and an understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  
  

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a hands-on approach.
  
  

• A team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating great food.
