Salary: Up to £80,000 + package

I'm working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor looking to strengthen its pre-construction team in Scotland.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a busy team, pricing a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Prepare and manage competitive tender submissions.

• Build up detailed estimates covering labour, plant and materials.

• Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.

• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and potential cost savings.

• Liaise with operational, commercial and pre-construction teams.

• Support tender reviews, bid strategy and project handovers.

About You

• Experience in estimating within civil engineering or construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs and resources.

• Experience preparing and managing competitive tenders.

• Good commercial awareness and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
