Promotions Assistant - #2176820

Promotions Assistant

Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

The Short Version

You're the reason people notice a brand instead of scrolling past it. We're looking for a Promotions Assistant in Glasgow — someone who can walk up to a stranger, get them interested, and make the whole thing feel effortless.

What You'll Be Doing

• Getting out into the community across Glasgow, representing the brand in person
• Sparking genuine interest through everyday conversation, not a hard sell
• Explaining what's on offer clearly enough that people actually get it
• Following up and closing where there's real interest
• Setting your own pace and route day to day
• Passing on what's working (and what isn't) to help sharpen future campaigns

You'll Probably Enjoy This If...

• Talking to strangers doesn't faze you in the slightest
• You like a job where no two conversations go the same way
• A "not interested" doesn't linger with you
• You'd rather be out and about than stuck at a desk

What's In It for You

• Commission-only pay, OTE £600–£750/week, no cap
• Full training from scratch, no experience needed
• Total flexibility over how you plan your day
• Genuine progression into senior promotional roles
• A tight, supportive Glasgow-based team
