Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for an opportunity where you can focus on delivering quality advice rather than constantly chasing new business?

We're working with an established, specialist financial advice business that has built a strong reputation for delivering personalised financial planning and retirement advice to a well-defined professional client base across Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with an established source of client enquiries, an existing client bank and genuine opportunities to develop long-term client relationships.

As a Financial Adviser, you'll be responsible for providing holistic financial advice across pensions, investments and protection, with a particular focus on retirement planning.

You'll benefit from:

• Predominantly virtual client meetings - engage with clients via video, with occasional face-to-face appointments.

You'll manage relationships with new and existing clients, helping them navigate important financial decisions and plan confidently for their future.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional, tailored advice across pensions, investments and protection.

• Developing new business opportunities from leads provided by the company.

• Managing and growing an established client bank.

• Building trusted, long-term client relationships.

• Delivering retirement planning webinars, seminars and presentations to professional audiences across Scotland.

• Preparing suitable recommendations and maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance.

• Contributing to the firm's continued growth while maintaining excellent client outcomes.

We're keen to speak with Financial Advisers who enjoy building relationships and are passionate about delivering a high standard of financial advice.

You'll ideally have:

• A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser or Financial Planner.

• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to groups.

• A client-focused, professional and proactive approach.

• The ability to manage existing relationships while developing new business opportunities.

Previous experience advising on occupational pension schemes would be advantageous, although the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge is a key part of the role.

• Established financial advice business with a strong professional client base.

• Monday to Friday working.

• Predominantly video-based client meetings, with some travel across Scotland.
