Join our Bid Services Team as a Bid Manager and help us win the business that shapes the future of customer communications. As Bid Manager, you'll lead the creation of high-impact, compliant, and competitive proposals – working across sales, legal, technical, and finance teams to deliver responses that win. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our bid processes and content library, making us faster, smarter, and more effective in every opportunity we pursue.

What You'll DoManage and deliver high-quality tender responses (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) aligned with client requirements and internal governance. Analyse tender documents to identify deadlines, evaluation criteria, and win themes.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and commercial teams to gather input and craft compelling narratives. Write, review, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact. Maintain and enhance our bid content library for future efficiencies.

Support presentations, post-submission clarifications, and feedback reviews. Drive improvements in our bidding strategy, content, and processes. What

We’re Looking ForA proactive and detail-focused professional with:Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales support (ideally in print, marketing, or managed services). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and project coordination abilities.

A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and procurement tools. APMP certification (a plus, not essential).
