We partner with leading Financial Services and Enterprise organisations to deliver large-scale digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, and platform modernization initiatives across global delivery models.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand enterprise and application architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion. The contract duration is 6-12months+, to commence ASAP and Inside IR35. Hybrid ie 2 days a week

Job Description

Proven Architecture Experience:

• Strong background as an Enterprise or Solution Architect with an application solution background within complex enterprise environments
• Tech-Agnostic Mindset: A forward-thinking approach that looks beyond a specific technology stack or cloud provider, prioritising the right tool for the requirement
• Regulated Industry Background: Experience navigating highly regulated environments in Financial Services environments
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Jira for tracking and delivery is beneficial.
• Familiar with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Design, document, and own complex solution architectures from inception to delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the ultimate bridge. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts and navigate conversations across different Tribes and business stakeholders to get answers, drive alignment, and secure buy-in.
• Agile Delivery: Work seamlessly within an Agile framework, collaborating daily with product owners and engineering teams to unblock dependencies.
• Architecture Governance: Ensure all solutions adhere to company standards and industry best practices; familiarity with TOGAF or similar methodologies is advantageous.
